Riley's Art Work

Riley Jane painted a cloudy sky with a thunder storm and rain! Then she placed an ocean under the sky with a dolphin jumping out of the water! Last she placed the grass, some flowers, and CRABS on the ground! She must really miss the ocean!

Pretty Horses

We have horses outside of my school and they had babies a couple of months ago. Today when we went by the school, the horses were by the gate. We got out of the car and Riley wanted to touch the colt. The colt stood still for a minute and then backed up away from her. Riley sat down and said, "Come on little horse, you can do it!"

First Time Swimming ALONE!

Mommy is scared at this point! Catch her!

Riley was really brave and LOVED going under the water.

Ok, so as a Mommy I had a hard time letting Riley Jane go in the water, but after awhile, she got it! She REALLY GOT IT! She swam from one person to the next and then finally to the stairs ALONE! She went under, held her breath, and did it!!! I was SO proud! This is a video of it...

Getting Pictures is a hard task!

I tried really hard to get pictures of us at night when the sun was not in Riley's eyes. Little did I know that she was going to be so tired and she had a really hard time keeping her eyes open to stay awake! By the end, she just couldn't do it anymore!!!

Pool time at the hotel!

It took a lot of pictures to get one of Riley and Andy in the pool! Riley wouldn't let go of Andy's eyes, but when she realized what she was doing, she started laughing and kept holding on to his eyes for fun! We had Riley stand up on Andy's shoulders and do the cheer, OSU - Cowboys!

Ocean Fun!

Riley and Scott had a great time in the ocean! On the first day the water was warm, but on the 2nd day, the water was so cold that we had to go to the pool to play. Riley did really well swimming in the water. She wouldn't let go of the float! Another day, another battle to teach her to swim, right?

Face Painting at the Hotel

Riley Jane waited in a line for almost 2 hours to get her face painted by a lady that creates fabulous art work! She was so excited to have the heart on her head!!!

The Beach in Destin, Florida

These are pictures from our first day at the beach in Destin! Riley ran down the stairs and straight for the water! We had to wait to check into our hotel so Riley had ice cream and went on a treasure hunt with the kid's club!

5 years!

My Dad put the cake on Riley's nose and then she wanted to put cake on everyone's noses!

Scott and I have been married for 5 years! CRAZY! We didn't know that my parents were going to surprise us with a cake! We both had just taken a shower and got in our cozy clothes!!!

Church Party!

Scott's Pastor from Cleveland now works at a church in Tulsa. The church was having their 50th anniversary party and we went to celebrate with them. These are pictures of Riley listening to the music, eating popcorn, and partying!

Another Day At The Pool!

Riley and Landon spent the day at the pool splashing and kicking the water everywhere! Landon just turned 2 and is as big as Riley! They had so much fun laughing at each other!
